I got a set of these to replace throw rugs I had outside the dedicated bathroom we have for our 7 cats to contain litter tracking. They do a fantastic job! They stop the spread of the litter from them tracking it out, and they are easy to shake out.
I also got a set to put in the bathroom under the cat boxes themselves. Same good job holding litter and easy to shake out, but also do a fantastic job containing "misses" from the cat boxes (I looking at you, Bruno!) that have the urine flow into the voids in the "weave" of the mat but are not absorbed. Our cat bathroom has a full bathtub that lets me rinse them out easily and the mats rinse off well with no residual odor. Of course, from time-to-time I will wash them out thoroughly with Pine-Sol to properly clean. But is sure is a *ton* easier than what I had been doing by wiping down the tile floor when this happened.
